If you are asking about the refund estimate date provided by TurboTax when you filed your return, the answer is no it is not accurate. The date was 21 days from the date you filed the return and in most years that is when the IRS says most filers will received their refund within. That time frame no longer exists for due to the affects of the pandemic in processing tax returns.

The IRS is way behind in processing returns. They are currently not processing any mailed returns. 

The only reliable source for a refund date is the IRS tracking web site. If your return was efiled, the site should say processing until they have approved your return and scheduled the refund. If you printed and mailed your return, you won't be able to track your refund until they open your return and start processing it.
