Employer sent Corrected/W2-C, which does not look correct. Use Original W2 or file corrected W2C.
My former employer sent W2 in January, and the amount I made while employed by them looks right. Today I received a W2-C, with the "previously reported" column having .00, and the "correct information" column having what appears to be wrong total for wages and tips. I have not filed yet, and have reached out to my former employer multiple times but no reply. With deadline for taxes being due approaching, do I file the original W2, or go with the corrected W2-C.

If it looks fishy, I would go with the original. However, keep trying to contact your employer. If a corrected one was sent to the IRS and it changes your taxes, the IRS will send you a letter with the correction and will tell you if it affected your refund or taxes.
