Are you referring to getting an email concerning Form 8960?  If so, see this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-topics/help/2018-form-8960-deductions/00/843674

 

You can call 1-877-216-2138 (Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time) to reach a tax expert.  Advise the expert you are calling about: 2018 Form 8960 Deductions.
