EFILED 1120 with 8453-C signed but it did not attach. How do i fix this?

How do you know it did not attach?

Did you use TurboTax Business? The program does not show the completed Form 8453-C in the list of forms in Forms Mode; it just shows a unsigned form in the list. The completed attachment resides wherever you scanned in the form to your computer.
