My tax return was rejected because my PIN did not agree with IRS files. The PIN was carried forward from last year's TurboTax return. The email I received from Turbotax says I will be walked through with a fix, but I find no way to do that.

What is the number of the rejection notice you received?
I suppose it's IND-031-04.
Rejection code IND-031-04 is associated with the primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year not matching the IRS records. Here is how you can fix the error.
All is well. TurboTax filled in the wrong Adjusted Gross, because I did not efile 2018 tax. Couldn't conceive of TT being wrong, but finally realized TT used the AG from the last time I efiled, 2017.
