Filed early new EIC and child cr hold mine up. However Not this long. I have seen post from 3 to 4 weeks back. Has anyone got refunds or been able to talk to a person?

Only the IRS will know exactly when you will receive your refund. 

You can track your return by checking the Where's My Refund website located here. 

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.
