Efile Status

I received the email that my return was accepted by the IRS, when I go back into TT desktop program to check efile status, it said I haven't filed yet. I want to print the "Electronic Postmark Certification of Electronic Filing" form.

The most up-to-date information will come from the IRS.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS once they have accepted your return. You can continue to track your refund status with the IRS Where’s My Refund link https://www.irs.gov/refunds/.

You didn’t answer my question. This is a TT iisue, I received the email from TT saying the return was accepted. I went back into the program and it said I didn’t efile. I want to print the electronic postmark sheet which is part of the TT program.

To confirm, with your return open, when you click on the File tab at the top of your TurboTax software and scroll down to Electronic Filing then select Check Electronic Filing Status or Show Electronic Filing Status History, it says you haven't e-filed a tax return yet?  If so, please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support. Support will be able to confirm the status of your e-filed returns and if they have been accepted or rejected.
