E-File rejected (wrong AGI)

I filed this year's taxes with Turbo Tax. My E-File has been returned twice saying wrong AGI. I filed with a private person last year and used the AGI on line 8A for 2019. Why is it being rejected. (This is a questions for a relative's tax return using my Turbo Tax this year.)
