e-File Refund

I tried to e-File both of my Federal & State returns but was rejected due to either the wrong tax PIN or AGI number.  I logged in to my IRS acct and checked the AGI was correct.  Not sure how to resolve this issue, I ended up filing with the paper.  In that case, how can I receive the refund for the extra $25 that I paid for the State e-File?  I also paid $60 for audit protection.  Would that still be valid if I filed with paper instead of e-File?  If not valid, how can I receive the refund?

Since you paid for the Audit Defense by credit card it will be available for the tax year that was filed.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for Audit Defense membership - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/when-will-i-get-my-audit-defense-membership-info/01/26174

You will need to contact TurboTax support for the refund of the state e-file fee.  Use the key words Billing Issue

I know it's too late now but did you try entering 0 for the AGI?  It took a long time last year to process returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time.  So since you are mailing 2020 late then next year you will probably have to use 0 to efile.

I need a $25 refund for e-file state tax that were rejected, so I mailed my Fed and State Taxes by mail.
