I keep getting we are having e-file transmission problems. Yesterday I was told it's on my end. I have disabled my Malware and my Firewall. I disconnected the internet and re-connected it. I still have the same issue. Turbo Tax is blocking my transmission. How do I solve the problem??

What is the message telling you besides efile transmission problem?
The message also says Intuit did not receive my tax return. Also, it says try again later. Further, it says Error:2\
