E-file error

I used TurboTax for my 2015 taxes. The state says they never received my E-filed taxes form TurboTax. Now the state assessed me a tax amount, which is huge. I cannot get a hold of anybody at TurboTax to find out how to fix this issue. How do I get a hold of a live person at TurboTax so I can find out why my state taxes were never submitted back then? My federal went through just fine.

The user has the responsibility to make sure the return was successfully efiled so if the state was not sent or not accepted then the return is still due to be filed.  Not sure if TT has the efile records back that far but you can check ...

Just checking.....did they not get your tax return or just not get the tax due payment?   Did you have a tax due and how were you suppose to pay it?
