I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

@shylamb, she was not truthful with you, I have checked wmr 3 times and it still says the same thing. No information available, tax topic  152 and the 9001 at the bottom. When I call , after I enter all my info, its says please hold , then , sorry no one is available to assist you right now.

yea she definitely isnt telling the truth, my daughter updated this morning, however she didnt have and tax credit or do verification, hers took like 2 weeks to process

HOW DIX ANYONE GET THEOUGH TO VERIFY BY PHONE???!!!...NO ACTIVE CREDIT CARD FOR ONLINE...
IRS accepted my TT return electronically 01/30 (same day I filed) got to first bar only on WMR then it turned to code 9001 a few days later. I called they said they sent a letter out 01/31 and I have to wait on it. That was a lie. My letter finally got here Mar2 (Saturday) gathered my paperwork and have spent two days calling about 9 times per day CANNOT GET THROUGH!!! DID anyone else have this problem? Is there another way to get them by phone. I'm calling the number on the letter....

I called again today she said sir you have to verify as the previous rep told you . So I said have you guys sent me the letter. She said no , well how am I supposed to verify?. Send the dang letter already.

@amandamoliveira3 the trick is call back to back until it sends u thru I had to calll back to back six times and let me thru on the last try
