Double Charged 2019 Taxes

I paid the amount owed for 2019 a week or so ago via Direct Pay on the IRS website. This payment was processed successfully on July 7. This morning (July 15), I saw another payment for the same amount was charged to my account and is currently processing. 

I used TurboTax Self Employed to file back in March. I did enter my bank account information for state refund direct deposit. Is the double charge a result of TurboTax making a payment on my behalf? If so, how do get this payment halted/refunded?

Okay so you paid online and ask for a direct debit...sadly all you can do now is wait for the IRS to figure out the double payment was made and for them to refund it.
