I misreported $2 (less) than what was indicated on my1099-INT form. Should I amend my tax return?

Total amount was less than $100. I just typed in the wrong numbers.

Don't amend for $2. If you get a letter from the IRS asking for a few dollars of additional tax, just pay it. It's unlikely that you will. Anyway, you won't get in trouble.
