How long does it usually take to get Colorado state tax returns to be approved

The state of CO has delayed the acceptance of e-files. Sorry.......this is a CO issue. Your state return will remain in pending until the state begins to accept e-files.

Since the State of Colorado opened late for accepting returns, they have been quite backlogged in accepting them. Please be patient and allow the Agency to process the large number of returns that came thought to them all at the same time.
