Does anyone have an answer: I was supposed to receive 652 but only got 476. Where’s the rest? It says the whole thing got deposited to me but it never did.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. 

Is the amount sent/issued by the IRS the same as the refund amount shown on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 35a? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If not, then go to this IRS website for information on reduced refunds - https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc203

The IRS will be mailing a letter in the next few weeks explaining the changes they made to your tax return which resulted in a reduced federal tax refund.

Were you having the Turbo Tax fees deducted from your refund?  There is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California)  for that.
