Does any1 know anything about he 15111 form? I have called the IRS regarding the status but get told that can not tell me much. I was not able to give them my SSN or DOB

It can take several weeks (or even months) to process this form.  Please be patient.

I have sent the form back in March of 2022 and i have been calling the taxpayer but i have had not success to check the status. Its been more than 6 to 8 weeks already. It did mention it would take that long. Unsure if its going to me check mailed or will be deposited in bank account.
