Documents to mail with for 8453

After I e-filed my tax return, I was told to mail form 8453 with some other documents. There was a 'Print Documents' button that I had clicked, but then I got timed out. I am unable to find the documents that I need to print and mail with form 8453. How do I get those ?

1) Probably won't be anything that's already part of your return. Purpose of 8453 is for sending other things not already included.

2) Must be one of the 12 documents specified on form: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8453.pdf
