You can choose to e-file your return electronically or you can choose to print and mail your return. If you want to mail the return, it is up to you to print, sign and mail it. TurboTax does not mail returns. When you mail your return, you must attach your W-2, 1009R's etc. as stated on page 1 of the tax return.
