Do we have to wait until we get our Federal refund to file for our FICA refund? I have an F1 visa, and my employer mistakenly took out my FICA money out of paycheck.

No.  These are separate issues, dealt with in separate transactions, so you don't need to wait for your federal refund.

Thanks! That's what I thought so, but someone from Sprintax told me it's better to wait until I get my federal refund. Is it okay if I send my FICA forms AFTER April 15th to the IRS?
