Yes, when you file your tax return and select to get the Turbo Visa Prepaid Card as your refund method you will receive a new card in the mail.

If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, you have two options:

1) If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen.

2) If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance.

You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

If calling, please be patient. It might take a number of attempts to get through.

You guys close my account  a week before my stimulus check came and I  was counting on the check to pay bill smh I am upset about this I need what to happen to my check  my kids and I will be in the streets I need help

The second stimulus payment will be completed and included in your tax return for 2020.  The stimulus payment will increase your refund or reduce your balance due.  Start your tax return and when you have finished all of the information follow the steps below:

Select Federal Review at the top of the page > Continue to answer the questions for Let's make sure you got the right stimulus amount

When your stimulus payment could not be deposited to your account due to it being closed, it would have been returned to the IRS immediately. Reconciling it on the tax return is the only option you have to receive your stimulus money.
