Turbo tax tries to decide the answer to your question before you answer, it automatically decides what service you want and makes it challenging to switch your service, and unless you literally are a student or make only minimum wage (which might not even qualify) THIS IS WORTHLESS AND A WASTE OF TIME. Turbo tax customer service also is AWFUL, they hung up on me and belittled me about my service. Some of us are poor, can't afford better service or to pay YOU to do a completely originally free service. DO NOT USE TURBOTAX TURDS.a
