Do I need to send the adjusted 1040 form with my 1040X amended form?

<P>I originally e-filed my 1040, but did a 1040X amendment. In the PDF, I got the 1040X and a new 1040 with the correct new numbers - do I need to send this to the IRS with to 1040X.</P>
