I received an unexpected Final K-1 form from my mother's estate after I had already filed my federal tax. There are no amounts in the Part 3 section as all the interest, dividends, and gains were declared on 2020 taxes. Apparently, this final K-1 was sent out as a formality to close the estate account. Do I need to file an amended return even though it has no effect on my taxes?

If Part III is entirely blank (there are no figures in any of the boxes), then you can disregard the K-1 (it was most likely sent only to inform you that there was nothing further to report and no further K-1s would follow).
