Do I need to amend my tax return if I didn't include 1098-E information?

Hello, I recently (as in today) mailed in my federal taxes for 2016 and realized that I never included my information in regards to student loan interest I paid (1098-E). After going back through TurboTax it appears that I don't qualify for the student loan interest deduction anyways, so does it matter that I forgot to include the 1098-E form? And do I need to amend my tax forms? Thanks.

No- there is no reason or need to amend if you are certain that 1098-E will not change your tax return.
