No need to amend. Use the correct AGI from 2022 on this year's return. The AGI is not used in calculating taxes it is only used to verify your identity.
No you do not amend for that.
If it was rejected for AGI—-your 2022 AGI might not be in the IRS system if you filed late. Try using zero instead.
If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year. The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
We do not know what "wrong number" you think the CPA used for your 2022 return. If they really made a mistake and entered something incorrectly you should have the CPA prepare an amended return. But if this was just about an AGI rejection, no reason to amend.
