TurboTax is offering refund advance loans to those who qualify. If you qualify the loan is offered at the time that you file your tax return.
You do not get the money until the 2020 e-file has been ACCEPTED by the IRS.You also have to agree to receive your refund on the prepaid TurboTax Visa.

The IRS will begin to accept/reject 2020 returns on February 12, 2021.
I’ve also been searching through the Q&A since yesterday with a very similar question with no answer as of yet. Since the refund advance promotion period ends on February 8th and the IRS not accepting any returns until the 12th, will Turbo still be issuing advances to those who filed early and qualified? I was already sent an email to set up my Turbo Card account and was given the temporary card info, and also have my permanent card coming in the mail.
I was approved filed my taxes was told it would be 24-48 hours until it would be approved and now it’s not gonna be until FEBRUARY what am I supposed to do till then? Struggle like I have been during the 9 months it’s take to send 600$ that’s I still have yet to receive
@ace091200 You misunderstood. Read the information about the loan again. You may have been pre-approved but you do not actually get the money until the IRS accepts the return. And since they are not accepting returns until February 12, it will be a longer wait than you hoped. They do take in a small random test batch of returns early, but we have no information on when that might be.
