Hello,
I received a letter from the IRS who withheld $1590.46. The Deposit was to be: $891.54. ONLY $491.54 went into my Chase account! Also, I received my AZ a=state refund and it to is short by: $200.00!!
What is going on?? I know there was a $300 fee for your service but I am still Short!!
Please look into this for me.
Thanks,

Sorry---TurboTax gets no information from the IRS or your state after you file your tax return. Neither the IRS or your state will give any information to TurboTax. If your refund was reduced by the IRS and/or the state, you will receive letters from them explaining why they reduced your refunds. Did you owe back taxes or child support? Or maybe they caught a mistake you made with income or withheld tax that you entered. Wait for your letters.
" I know there was a $300 fee for your service but I am still Short!!"
Did you choose to have TT fees deducted from your Federal refund? (Remember that if you did that, you also agreed to an extra refund processing fee of $39.99 or $44.99 in CA)

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
The third party bank is not involved with your state refund at all. If the state reduced your refund, you must find out why from the state.
You can contact SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com
