Hello ,
I been dealing with my prepaid C C company. I been dealing with Brinks they are thru Netspend. I been dealing with activating the Credit card after i already given the routing # and acct info to have it direct deposit. I been looking at my email since i filed 1-2x. a day. I received a email the day the company saying there was an issue excepting my return on the card, due not activated . They gave me til 5pm that same day to deal wirh the matter i seen it at 6.
How am i going to get my refund ?

If you e-filed:
Banking information for direct deposit is wrong
If you entered incorrect banking information for your refund or used a closed or incorrect account, you can change it if your return is rejected. If it is accepted, however, it is too late to change it. The bank will reject the refund and send it back to the IRS. Then the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address you put on your tax return. Expect a delay of at least a couple of weeks to receive your refund.
