Direct deposit correct or not?

Hi,

I recently got my tax refund saying that it's been approved and issued. I have not gotten it yet and I was wondering if the direct deposit info is correct. When I go to check, it's all X's in the text boxes. I read that if you go to "Add A State" and print you can see them there. I check that, still X's. I checked the first page with extra documents turned on and no clear info was given.... please help.

Direct deposit correct or not?

The bank information you entered for direct deposit of the federal tax refund will be located in the Federal Information Worksheet in Part V.  Use Print Center and the option for all worksheets.

 

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

 

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2023 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

 

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the $40 service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the $40 service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.


For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/
