Didn't receive my tax refund even it is sent by IRS

As title, I didn't receive my 2023 tax refund even it's already sent by IRS, plus I noticed the bank account used to receive return in my tax filing is not my own bank account. Now my 2023 tax filing status is still accepted. Can't reach out to a real person representative from turbotax customer service for help. Anyone has idea on how to deal with this?

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the $40 service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the $40 service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
