I am so disappointed in turbo tax I have been using them for about 4 years now and this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem with them, my Federal refund was accepted for $1401 and I literally only got $1. And the irs website is saying something about me filing with dependents and making over $73,000 which is completely not true I have no claimed any dependents ever i don’t have any kids or anyone I take care of and I don’t make anywhere close to 73,000 i made 33,000 last year I’ve already tired to get ahold of the irs and tried their many numbers they have and every time i finally got in line to talk to a real person it said the call volume is high so I just get hung up this needs to be fixed ASAP i need to buy food and pay bills with that money

The $1,400 was the Recovery Rebate Credit which the IRS removed from your tax return.
Apparently you answered No when asked if you received the 3rd stimulus payment in 2021 of $1,400. The IRS has records which show you were sent the 3rd stimulus payment so they removed the credit.
Go to your tax account to see if the 3rd stimulus payment is listed - https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account
This is not true I went through my entire bank statement 3 times to make sure I was not lying on that form and the only thing I got from the government last year was my refund from the previous year . Wow not apparently I’m lying yeah no worries good thing a bunch of us are reporting this to the Better business bureau. Y’all are lying just to get out of giving us our money
@CynthiaAlmazan It was the IRS that adjusted your tax return, not TurboTax. The program only provides to the IRS what was reported by you on the federal tax return.
If you never received the 3rd stimulus payment and it is shown in your IRS tax account then you can request a trace on the payment from the IRS.
Go to this IRS website for how to request a payment trace - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/questions-and-answers-about-the-third-economic-impact-payment-topic-j-p...
