A 2020 Recovery Rebate Credit for a 2020 EIP1 and EIP2 can only be entered on a 2020 tax return. If you did not receive these two payments in 2020 then you will have to amend the 2020 tax return that you filed.

Only the 3rd stimulus payment of $1,400 is reported using the 2021 tax return.
