delete 8611-A form

Turbo Tax is flagging 8611-A form error in. processing return, however this form is not applicable to filing. Need to know how to delete the form please.

turbo tax won't let me delete form 2555. I already went back and selected the buttons saying i don't have foreign income and it is still making me fill it out
