I filed on the 21 st of January got accepted the 24th my bars disappeared and a message came up my refund process has been delayed beyond normal wait times does that mean my refund is being held and I’ll receive a letter

The bar disappearing from your Where's My Refund status is not an indication of an issue with your return. The IRS website can have display issues when traffic is high.
