I received notice from Tube tax by email that IRS accepted my 2024 return over 6 weeks ago. However, when I visit my IRS.gov website, they have no record of transcript being received. Is it  possible that the Turbo Tax efiling system is imperfect and the transcript was not received. At this point it is not possible to bet a live representative at IRS to confirm receipt. are there suggestions and is this a flaw in the system?

Your transcript is generated by IRS based on the tax return you SUBMIT by mail or by e-File.

It usually appears within a week of receipt.

To view, you must have an Online Account at IRS, or otherwise request that it be mailed to you.

Another thing to do....log in to your TurboTax Online account and make sure it actually says the word "Accepted" for the status of your 2024 efiling.....do not depend on the email.
