Debit card/direct deposit

I selected to have my tax refund put on a turbo tax debit card on Feb 14. The app stated i should receive my card by Feb 25. It is now March 3 and i still haven't received my card. I called and reported never receiving it so now theyre sending me a new card. Will my refund still go onto my new card? If i do not receive my card before my tax refund is sent will i have to wait 4-6 weeks for a paper check even though i selected direct deposit?
