DD 2/24

I paid for the 5 days advance then got a notice that they could not expedite the refund, I have frost bank. On TT app it shows refund deliver with an estimated delivery date of 2/19. Have not received anything and the bank says they do not show anything pending for an incoming deposit. TT says they will refund the 25 but why give an estimated refund date and nothing be sent.
