Mine was officially deposited into that cross river account on wed.   I been calling and they say they dont have it, intuit says they dont have it neither.  Smh this is a mess

Absolutely, intuit was the first one i callee.   They told me they didnt know where the moneh was and to check with irs if it was sent. Called irs they gave me the exact account number it was sent to and the name of the bank, which was cross river bank.   I called cross river, they said they never recieved anything and that intuit would have it not them.  I explained that the irs told me specifically that it was deposited to them in one of cross rivers accounts.  They still said no they dont have it.  I called intuit again and they are blaming everything on cross river saying they are not sure why cross river hasnt released it yet.   Nobody knows nothinh accept the irs, they know who they sent it to & when it got delivered!

I have contacted Intuit/ turbo tax several times and everyone at turbo tax and cross river act completely clueless. This is a joke Turbo tax has really let a lot of customers down and as far as i can see not willing to help.

Can you tell me the info you have found? I've been in contact for several hours with turbo being told different things from every which person. I'm annoyed and someone needs to be held accountable
