Credit karma not mailing my check to correct address

How hard is it for credit karma to do their job? I had a spend account only for my tax refund to get deposited in 2023, my refund was sent in April 2025 only credit karma sent it to the wrong address. I had already updated my address and spoke to customer service before the check was even deposited. I was told I had to wait 10 days before I can get a new check issued, April 25, 2025 called credit karma and was assured the check was sent to the correct address, waited and waited and waited, called credit karma back was told that it was sent to the correct address and to give it 4 more days called credit karma the next day was told it was sent to the wrong address that evening was told something different. Now I'm being told it's under investigation and I am to wait for an email, this is complete BS why didn't credit karma just send my money back to the IRS instead of doing this **bleep**
