Credit Karma Money Debit Card?

I put my checking account as the recipient of my federal refund and it has been awhile. I received this Credit Karma Money account debit card and I thought it was just like a promotion so I ignored it. But after still not seeing my refund in my account, I looked up on turbo tax and my 2022 return and the refund section has this debit card filled in and I know I did't choose this option, so I would like to know why the hell I received this card.

How do I move the money from this accout to my account.?

TURBO TAX is garbage. I tried to avoid it by doing Credit Karma and now I know why people hate Turbo Tax and I can't call them because I'm not a 'plus' member. What a garbage excuse to get more money from customers. Filing should be free and not be this difficult.
