Credit Karma lied

This is crazy … turbo tax this is my last year with y’all .. y’all link up with Credit Karma just to fake advertise a advance refund just to file my taxes.. first time I try to file it told me to sign up with CKarma for the Advance Refund 3000 I was approve for .. then no money for 3day ..so I call and the lady wait until my state gets accepted..11:35pm on 23 I pull it through.. accepted by 24 3:15 .. hour wait / a day wait . Still no money I call CKarma .. because they gave an estimate day fed 5 ,since it’s a Sunday waiting unti like 12am or 9am Monday morning.. nothing nothing nothing… 😤

Have you received an email stating when your funds will be available? Once accepted, you will receive an email with further instructions on accessing the funds. See the TurboTax FAQ here for more information on your refund advance.

Please make sure the primary taxpayer information matches exactly the same as your Credit Karma account. Changing any information in one account like your password, phone number, mailing address or email doesn't automatically change it in the other account.
