Credit karma is a joke

I was planning on returning to TurboTax but upon realizing you need a credit karma account I have to go pay even more money to fill somewhere else because credit karma and their website will not let me do anything. I cannot make account or anything I need to do. They are crap. I reached out to customer support and after 2 days I got a email talking about how important my Amazon gift card was....I never said anything about a gift card. I hate that they done this I used to love turbo tax
