credit card reimbursement

I attempted to file and the IRS refused me several times , as well as the state I paid $25 on a credit card to file and since I need to mail my returns in I need a credit on my card for $25

Payment was rejected when the filing was rejected.

I got help from turbo tax and my federal tax was excepted now the state probably won't go thru without payment????????????
