Have no confirmation from MO on tax payment via e-file and credit card

MO has everything online here. You can check the status of your tax refund, make payments, etc. Any payments made by credit card will show up on your credit card statement. 

For credit to your tax account, the site says:

Debit & Credit Card - The Department accepts MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express. Debit cards are accepted and processed as credit cards. Please allow 5-6 business days for debit and credit card transactions to apply to your tax account. Please note that your payment will be postmarked the date you submit payment.

Sometimes they don't take the money right away when you pay a tax bill.    If it has not been charged to your credit card, look at your tax return.   There should be a cover sheet (titled - Electronic Filing Instructions) that shows what payment methods were used on your tax return.    You can also use the link Amy provided above to contact the state of MO.
