Corrected 5498-SA

Greetings!

Our taxes for 2021 were already filed and accepted by Federal and State (we owed money and have paid the due amount).

I received a corrected 5498-SA form from my HSA financial institution for 2021 much after the tax filing deadline (I received the corrected form in June).  The only correction I see is their address -- all other entries, including total contribution are identical to the old.  Should I file an amended return?
