Confirm efiling is complete.

I went through the efile process and got an email that shows payment for the efile fee.  However, I have not received an email confirming the tax forms (Fed & State) have been filed.  Also, the software still shows that the forms have NOT been filed.  How do I confirm that these have been filed?
