Check won't cash anywhere

My bank won't cash it at all. They shutdown my checking account because of the check. The check cashing places say they can't verify the check. I will never use this service again. I really needed my funds on-time

I already called them and they sent me this link. I didn't have any problems last. I also contacted the IRS about this issue
