I was charged for my federal return, in confused as to what exactly is free and will I be refunded from Turbo Tax considering I filed before knowing that it was free?

Normally once you have filed your return, there are no refunds. You can try to contact customer support to see if they can do anything, we cannot here as we are an online forum and cannot access your account.
