Cash App changed my Account and Routing number without my Knowledge, I Recieved my Taxes already via direct deposit through cash app. Is the stimulus going to go the same way?

The IRS will attempt to deliver payments using the information that they have on file.  If that does not automatically forward to you, you will be given a chance to update the information at a later date.  There is not yet a way to update information that has changed, or in otherwise incorrect or out-of-date, but it is expected to be available soon through a portal that the IRS is developing.
